Apuldram are particularly excited to finally access a purpose-built setting designed specifically for the needs of their clients, something that’s long overdue in the area.
Project Funding and Structure
This is a joint venture with a trusted equity partner who is fully funding the equity component. On the development side, we’ve secured backing from a specialist development finance lender, meaning the scheme is 100% funded and ready to move forward.
It’s a model that balances social impact with solid financial performance, something we’re increasingly focused on delivering at scale.
Investor Returns
Returns for our investment partner are expected to fall between 15% and 35%, depending on final lease terms and construction costs. These are strong figures that reflect the security and reliability of the supported living model, where long-term leases and government-backed income streams underpin profitability.
